小藍花兒 Bluebells 

在英國時我最喜愛四月份。黃色水仙花燦爛地盛開，初生小綿羊在田裡依偎著羊媽媽，商店內色彩繽紛的巧克力復活蛋，都在告訴我們春天巳來臨。April is my favourite month of the year in UK. Daffodils bloom everywhere, ewes tender her new born lambs in the field, and the colouful easter eggs in the shops, all shouting out spring is here.

每年四月份我最期待去行山找 bluebell。這些籃色的小花密密地長滿在樹林裡，仿佛是大自然的籃色地毯，等待行山人仕去發現它。April is when I normally go on my bluebell walk, a walk that I look forward to every year.  These blue flowers flourish quietly in the woods, like nature’s blue carpet waiting to be discovered by walkers.

三年前我去了Surrey的Bramley行山尋找bluebells。這美麗的步道穿過老年樹林，在打理得井井有條的田野旁邊，還有行山人仕走的小路徑。在藍色天空下我經過翠綠的山坡，欣賞農莊圍欄裡雄壯的馬兒。Three years ago I went on this bluebell walk at Bramley in Surrey.  This is a delightful walk through ancient woodlands, and footpaths alongside beautiful grazed fields.  I roamed around the surrounding green hills under the clear blue sky, and admired the handsome horses in the paddocks.

但這些美麗的景色也不及我沿途見到那一片迷人的bluebells 難忘。However, none of this beauty could rival the waves of bluebells that could be seen along the walk.
